Support for Adobe High Volume Discounts and High Growth Offers

AppDirect now supports Adobe High Volume Discounts (HVD) and High Growth Offers (HGO). This update enhances the flexibility of pricing options for Adobe customers, offering more opportunities for growth and savings.

Key updates

• High Volume Discount:
  Partners can now migrate HVD customers from Adobe VIP into the platform.
• High Growth Offers:
  
  • Partners can enroll customers with the eligible products (Adobe Acrobat Pro or Adobe Acrobat Standard) for HGO either during the mid-term (from AD-7 to AD-3 days) or at renewal from the dedicated section for HGO management available for marketplace managers and resellers.
  • This can be accessed through Marketplace > Company > Vendor Information > Adobe | High Growth Offers.

Feature enablement

The Adobe integration and the centralized vendor setting management section must be set up, if not done already. Also, the feature is not enabled by default. Contact your AppDirect technical representative to request it.
